The Spectre (2020)
Four-Channel and stereo sound installation, Print on newspaper
This work was commissioned by Boring People for Bangkok Design Week 2020
The Spectre moves as an unseen energy that observes and quietly alters perception. It never appears directly, yet it adjusts what is sensed, remembered, or allowed to settle into awareness. Presence feels slightly displaced, as if something has passed through before the viewer arrives.
The work lingers in this subtle shift. What seems immediate carries a trace of delay or omission. Within the atmosphere, perception unfolds with a faint sense that something has already been negotiated elsewhere.
